Eligibility Criteria for Bihar CET B.Ed Admissions 2026

















Course Eligibility
Regular Education Mode



  • Candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks in either a Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) or a Master’s Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanities/Commerce, or a Bachelor's in Engineering/Technology with a specialization in Science and Mathematics with at least 55% marks, or an equivalent qualification to be eligible for the B.Ed. admission test.
Shiksha Shastri



  • Candidates must have at least 50% marks in a Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) with Sanskrit as the main subject and a Master’s Degree in Sanskrit/Archarya in traditional Sanskrit Shastra with 50% marks or an equivalent qualification to be eligible for the Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed.) admission test.


  • Candidates with a Shastri B.A. (including Sanskrit) with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized University or Examination Department with a two-year course, Acharya (First Year) MA (Sanskrit) must pass the examination (bridge course) for the first year. Acharya First Year or MA first-year marks will not be considered for percentage determination.
