The affiliation of 210 colleges affiliated to Barkatullah University (BU) may be revoked. For this, the Department of Higher Education has summoned from BU. In this regard, BU has constituted a high level committee. Faculty, students, employees, scholarships and facilities in private colleges affiliated to the University are being grossly fraudulent. The question was to be raised in the Legislative Assembly to clear the fraud, but Barkatullah University has not been able to provide information about the colleges, so the Higher Education Department has issued instructions to take action against the colleges. This will end the association of BUs with around 210 colleges.

Question No. 983 was to be imposed in connection with the forgery of colleges affiliated to BU on 26 February during the Vidhan Sabha session. In this regard, the department has summoned information about two dozen points of private colleges from BU. BU could not send the information to the department in time. Due to this, the assembly could not be questioned. Now the department has issued instructions to end action by taking action against the said colleges from BU. Now BU will set up a high level committee to disclose the fraud of colleges. As soon as the report of the committee comes, BU will take action to end the affiliation to clean up the colleges, not the fraud of 210 private colleges operating in eight districts.

Fraud in appointing professors as well

College operators have made a large amount of fraud in order to earn money. Even they do not have to pay salaries, so they have fraudulently made even the appointments of professors to be held up to Code 28. Even they are resorting to fraud till taking scholarship of the students. The proportion of pupils in colleges has not even recruited teachers.

210 colleges have not sent BU to present their information in the Vidhan Sabha. A high-level inquiry committee is being set up to eliminate this fraud. Action will be taken till the colleges end their affiliation.
