AILET 2025 Registration Begins August 1: Eligibility Criteria and Application Details

National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi) will commence the online application process for AILET 2025 from August 1, 2024, on the official AILET Portal - www.nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. AILET 2025 application forms will be available for admission to BA LLB (Hons.), LLM, and PhD in Law courses. Here’s what you need to know about the application process and eligibility criteria:

Eligibility Criteria for AILET 2025:

Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria specified by NLU Delhi:

1. For BA LLB (Hons.):

   • Passed (10+2) examination with at least 45% aggregate marks.
   • Foreign candidates should have completed their (10+2) or equivalent with a minimum of 65% marks.
   • Candidates appearing in the final exam or awaiting results are also eligible, provided they have their final mark sheet during AILET 2025 counseling.

2. For LLM:

   • Completed 3-year/5-year LLB with a minimum of 50% marks.
   • SC/ST and PwD category candidates need at least 45% marks.
   • Candidates appearing in the final year of LLB or awaiting results can also apply, contingent upon having their final year mark sheet during AILET 2025 counseling.
