Employment News-National Education Policy 2020 With the implementation of National Education Policy 2020, the educational environment in the entire country will change. A roadmap is being prepared for this policy in Jharkhand. A 15-member committee has been constituted for proper implementation. Whose convener Dr Indranil Manna, Vice Chancellor of BIT Mesra has been made. On the other hand, Ranchi University Vice-Chancellor Dr. Kamini Kumar has been made co-convener. After the report of the committee, the new education policy will be implemented simultaneously in the whole of Jharkhand.
School education was divided into four parts in the new education policy
Let us inform that the Under Secretary of Higher and Technical Education Department has also directed this committee to submit its report in time. Many important changes have been made in the new education policy from nursery to higher education. Course wise credit will be deposited in the Academic Credit Bank of each student, which will tell which student has got how much credit in which course and how much credit is yet to be studied. The age limit for small children has also been fixed. In the new education policy, school education has been divided into four parts.

10th board over, board will be in 12th class only
M-Phil will be closed, college degree for 4 years
Now students up to class V will be taught in mother tongue, local language and national language only. The rest of the subject, even if it is English, will be taught as one subject.
Earlier it was mandatory to give 10th board exam, which will not happen now.
The examination will be held in semesters from class 9th to 12th.
Schooling will be taught under the 5+3+3+4 formula.
Whereas the college degree will be of 3 and 4 years. That is, in the first year of graduation, you will get a certificate, in the second year you will get a diploma, in the third year you will get a degree.
The 3-year degree is for those students who do not want to pursue higher education. Whereas students pursuing higher education will have to do a 4-year degree. Students doing 4-year degree will be able to do MA in one year.
MA students will now be able to do PhD directly.
Students can also do other courses in between.
The gross enrollment ratio in higher education will be 50 percent by 2035.
At the same time, under the new education policy, if a student wants to do another course in the middle of a course, then he can do the second course by taking a break from the first course for a limited time.
Many reforms have also been made in higher education.
The reforms include graded academic, administrative and financial autonomy.
Apart from this, e-courses will be started in regional languages.
Virtual labs will be developed.
A National Educational Scientific Forum (NETF) will be started.
There will be same rules for all institutions, government, private, deemed.
