Eligibility Criteria:

1. Assistant:

   • Officer under Central Government or State Government or Union Territories.
   • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
   • Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years.

2. Upper Division Clerk:

   • Equivalent position or Level-2 of the pay matrix with eight years of regular service.
   • Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years.
