  • Education:

    • Doctorate in Horticulture or Life Sciences with fifteen years of relevant experience, including five years in coconut development.
    • OR Master’s degree in Management with twenty years of managerial experience, including ten years in horticulture development, of which five years should be in coconut development.
  • Age Limit:

    • The period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed five years or until the candidate attains the age of sixty years, whichever is earlier.
