Exam Schedule Details
**Exam Dates**
The NTPC UG CBT-1 exam was conducted on May 7, 8, and 9. The remaining candidates will take the exam on June 13, 14, 15, and from June 16 to 20, 2026.
The examination will occur in three shifts each day: the first shift from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, the second from 12:45 PM to 2:15 PM, and the third from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
Exam Pattern Overview
**Structure of the Exam**
The RRB NTPC UG CBT exam will feature a total of 100 questions, divided as follows: 40 questions on General Awareness, 30 on Mathematics, and 30 on General Intelligence and Reasoning. Candidates will have 90 minutes to complete the exam, with a penalty of one-third of a mark for each incorrect answer.
