Admission Process for Undergraduate Courses



Allahabad University has officially started the admission process for its undergraduate programs, including BA and B.Ed., for the academic year 2026. Candidates interested in applying can do so online until July 15, 2026, via the Samarth admission portal.


For those aspiring to study at Allahabad University post-Class 12, the university has streamlined the admission process into two distinct stages. Initially, candidates need to register and update their profiles. In the second stage, they will select their desired course and pay the application fee. Subject Combinations Available for BA

This year, the university offers 83 subject combinations for the BA program, from which candidates must choose at least 40. For the B.Sc. (Mathematics) program, there are 14 mandatory subject combinations, while the B.Sc. (Biology) program requires selection of 12 combinations. It is important to note that the final subject allocation will depend on the availability of seats.
