Employment NEws

Education Minister Vijay Kumar Chowdhary said on Tuesday that despite the implementation of the Panchayat Election Code of Conduct in the state, the process of reinstatement of about 1.25 lakh elementary, secondary and higher secondary teachers will continue. He said that basically the sixth phase planning process has been completed, only formalities remain.

So the restoration process will go on. He informed that as soon as the tenure of the public representatives of Panchayati Raj Institutions is over, advisory committees have been formed in all the planning units by the Education Department. That is why the process of teacher planning should not be affected. Let us inform that in the sixth phase, the restoration process is going on for 94 thousand posts of elementary teachers and 30020 posts of secondary and higher secondary teachers.

Advertisement will be published for the seventh phase teacher planning

Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Sanjay Kumar said on Tuesday that the counseling for the sixth phase of the recruitment process will continue till December and immediately after that advertisement will be issued for the appointment of teachers for the seventh phase. Before this, it will be clear from the sixth phase counseling and restoration process that how many posts of elementary, secondary and higher secondary teachers are left vacant. In response to a question, the Additional Chief Secretary said that the teacher appointment process of the sixth phase will not be affected by the Panchayat Election Code of Conduct, as there is not much work left in the planning process. Only counseling work is left.

Panchayat elections should not hinder teacher appointment

The Congress has demanded from the government that even after the notification of Panchayat elections is issued, the process of teacher appointment should not be hindered by the government. Congress Media Department President Rajesh Rathod issued a statement on Tuesday saying that North Bihar is going through the problem of floods. The third wave of Corona is hovering over the head, in such a situation the decision to hold panchayat elections will be challenging for the government and the State Election Commission.
