The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the notification for the Civil Services and Forest Services Examination 2024. Candidates who have applied for this recruitment can now download their Pre Exam Admit Card. Below are the important details regarding the UPSC IAS / IFS Pre Exam 2024.

• Last Date for Apply Online: 06/03/2024
• Last Date to Pay Exam Fee: 06/03/2024
• Correction Date: 07-13 March 2024
• Pre Exam Date: 26/05/2024 (Postponed)
• New Pre Exam Date: 16/06/2024
• Admit Card Available: 07/06/2024

Application Fee:

• General / OBC / EWS: Rs. 100/-
• SC / ST / PH: Rs. 0/- (Exempted)
• All Category Female: Rs. 0/- (Nil)
• Payment can be made through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or E Challan Fee Mode Only.

Age Limit (as on 01/08/2024):

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 32 Years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per UPSC Civil Services and Forest Exam Recruitment Rules.

How to Fill IAS / IFS Pre Exam 2024 Online Form:

1. One Time Registration (OTR): It is mandatory for candidates to complete the OTR process.
2. Photo Instructions:
   • The candidate's photo should not be more than 10 days old.
   • The candidate’s name and the date of the photo should be mentioned on the photo.
   • The photo background should be white.
3. OBC Certificate: Should be issued after 01 April 2023.
4. Documents Required:
   • Eligibility proof
   • ID proof
   • Address details
   • Basic details
5. Scan Documents: Ensure all related documents such as photo, signature, and ID proof are ready and scanned.
6. Application Form Submission:
   • Review the form carefully before submission.
   • Take a printout of the final submitted form for future reference.
