The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has begun issuing admit cards for the Constable recruitment examination, which has 32,000 vacancies for the year 2026. Exam Schedule
The UP Police Constable recruitment examination is scheduled for June 8, 9, and 10, 2026. Each day will feature two shifts for the exam. Security Measures at Exam Centers
All staff at the exam centers must display photo identification. Sector and static magistrates have been instructed to conduct inspections beforehand to ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
Prohibited Items
A strict ban has been enforced on bringing mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, USB drives, cameras, digital pens, health bands, keys, and other electronic devices into the exam centers. Candidates will only be permitted entry with their admit card, a valid ID, and a pen. Cloakroom facilities will be available for storing bags and other personal items.
Exam Format
The written examination for the UP Police Constable recruitment will feature 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), totaling 300 marks. Candidates will have 2 hours (120 minutes) to complete the exam. The question paper will cover topics such as General Knowledge, General Hindi, Numerical and Mental Ability, Mental Aptitude, IQ, and Logical Reasoning.
