UP Home Guard DV PST Admit Card 2026 Released



The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has officially issued the admit card for the Document Verification (DV) and Physical Standard Test (PST) as part of the UP Home Guard recruitment initiative. The admit card download link was activated on July 6, 2026.


Candidates who have been selected for the DV and PST stages can now access their admit cards. The Board has urged candidates to check all details on their admit cards and to report to the specified exam center on the assigned date.


Recruitment Details

How many positions are available?


This recruitment drive is set to fill a total of 41,424 Home Guard positions in Uttar Pradesh. The written examination for this recruitment was held on April 25, 26, and 27, 2026. During the results preparation, marks for preferential qualifications were included in the candidates' normalized scores.


Who has been shortlisted for DV and PST?


Approximately 2.6 times the number of vacancies have been shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) and Physical Standard Test (PST), based on merit and reservation policies, from those who passed the written exam.


DV and PST Schedule

The DV and PST will take place at the Reserve Police Lines across all districts in Uttar Pradesh. Selected candidates are required to attend on the date and time specified on their admit cards.


When will the DV and PST occur?


The DV and PST are scheduled from July 13, 2026, to August 6, 2026. Candidates unable to attend on their designated date due to unavoidable circumstances can utilize a reserve day set for August 7, 2026.

Physical Standards for Male Candidates


General, OBC, and SC categories: Minimum height of 168 cm


ST category: Minimum height of 160 cm


Chest Measurements


General, OBC, and SC categories: 79 cm (unexpanded), 84 cm (expanded)


ST category: 77 cm (unexpanded), 82 cm (expanded)


All male candidates must have a minimum chest expansion of 6 cm.


Physical Standards for Female Candidates


General, OBC, and SC categories: Minimum height of 152 cm


ST category: Minimum height of 147 cm


All female candidates must weigh at least 40 kg.


Only those candidates who meet the height and weight criteria will be eligible for the next stage.


Race Requirements

What are the race requirements?


Candidates must complete the race within the specified time during the Physical Efficiency Test.


Male candidates are required to finish a 4.8 km race in 28 minutes.


Female candidates must complete a 2.4 km race in 16 minutes.


Failure to complete the race within the allotted time will result in disqualification from the recruitment process.

How to download the admit card?


To download the admit card, follow these steps:


1. Visit the official UPPRPB website.


2. Click on the 'Admit Card', 'Hall Ticket', or 'Download Admit Card' link on the homepage.


3. Enter your registration number or application number along with your date of birth/password.


4. Fill in the captcha and click 'Login' or 'Submit'.


5. The admit card will be displayed on your screen.


6. Verify details such as name, photograph, exam center, date, and other information.


7. Download the admit card, print it, and bring it on the exam day.
