General Insurance Corporation of India has released a notification for various Scale I posts in 2023. Interested candidates can apply online from December 23, 2023, to January 12, 2024. Below are the details regarding the recruitment process.

Age Limit (as on 01/10/2023):

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years
• Candidates should be born between August 22, 1989, and August 21, 1998.
• Age relaxation is applicable as per GIC Scale I Recruitment Rules.

Post Wise Eligibility Details:

1. General: Bachelor's Degree in Any Stream with 60% Marks (55% for SC / ST).
2. Statistics: Bachelor's Degree in Statistics with 60% Marks (55% for SC / ST).
3. Economics: Bachelor's Degree in Economics with 60% Marks (55% for SC / ST).
4. HR: Bachelor's Degree in Any Stream with 60% Marks (55% for SC / ST). Master in HRM / Personnel Management.
5. Legal: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) with Minimum 60% Marks.
6. Actuary: Bachelor's Degree in Maths/Statistics with 60% Marks. Candidates should have passed a minimum of 7 papers of Institute of Actuaries Society of India.
7. Information Technology (Software): BE / B.Tech in CS / IT OR MCA Exam Passed with 60% Marks.
8. Civil Engineering: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE / B.Tech) in Related Trade with 60% Marks (55% for SC / ST).
