CUET UG 2026 Exam Postponed: New Dates and Guidelines
Important Update for CUET UG 2026 Aspirants
Students preparing for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG 2026) should note that the exam, initially set for May 28, has been postponed by the National Testing Agency (NTA). This change is due to the observance of Id-ul-Zuha (Bakrid).
**New Examination Dates Coming Soon**

**Admit Cards to be Reissued**
Admit cards will be reissued approximately 3 to 4 days prior to the new exam date. Candidates will need to download their admit cards online, as they will not be distributed through offline methods. For more information, students should check the official website.
**Exam Format: Two Shifts**
The examination will take place in two shifts: the first from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and the second from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
**Examination Dress Code**
Candidates are advised to adhere to the following dress code guidelines:
- Students may bring a transparent water bottle.
- Religious symbols or items are allowed, but candidates must arrive early for security checks.
- Wearing religious threads, such as a *Kalava*, is permitted.
- Light-colored clothing (preferably white) is recommended. Woolen clothing is acceptable if candidates arrive early for security checks.
- Regular shoes, slippers, or low-heeled footwear are advised.
