The Border Security Force (BSF) has announced the availability of admit cards for the Head Constable positions, specifically for the roles of Radio Operator and Radio Mechanic, as part of the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) examinations. Candidates can access their admit cards through the official website rectt.bsf.gov.in. A total of 1,121 candidates will be selected through this recruitment initiative. To obtain the admit card, candidates must provide their registration number along with their date of birth.


Steps to Download the Admit Card

The BSF has made the admit cards available today, December 18. Here’s how candidates can download them:



  1. Visit the official website at rectt.bsf.gov.in.

  2. Click on the link labeled 'HC RO RM Admit Card 2025' on the homepage.

  3. Input your registration number and date of birth.

  4. After entering the details, your admit card will appear on the screen.

  5. Print the admit card for your records.


Selection Criteria

Understanding the Selection Process:
Selection will be based on the Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and a written examination. The minimum height requirement for male candidates is set at 168 cm, while for female candidates, it is 157 cm. Additionally, male candidates must complete a 1.6 km run within eight minutes, and female candidates must finish an 800-meter run in five minutes.


Exam Format

The written test will feature multiple-choice questions totaling 200 marks, covering subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, General Knowledge, Mathematics, and English.
