New Delhi: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has officially announced the results for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 20 on January 7, 2026. The overall pass percentage for this examination stands at 69.21%. Candidates can view and download their results and scorecards by logging into the official website at allindiabarexamination.com using their login credentials.
The BCI has activated the link for downloading the results and scorecards for AIBE 20. Candidates can now log in to check their results. Key statistics regarding the examination, including the overall pass percentage, were previously disclosed through a press release, while the scorecards were made available for download later.
Official Notification Details
In the official notification released on January 7, the council confirmed that the results would be published. Candidates can download their scorecards using their login details.
The results were calculated based on a total of 95 marks. Candidates from the General and Other Backward Classes (OBC) categories needed to score at least 43 marks (45% of 95) to pass, while Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates required a minimum of 38 marks (40% of 95) to qualify.

Exam Details and Future Dates
The AIBE 20 examination took place on November 30 across 399 exam centers in 56 cities nationwide. Out of 251,968 candidates who participated, there were 165,613 male candidates, 86,336 female candidates, and 19 transgender candidates.
Additionally, the BCI has announced the schedule for the AIBE 21 2026 examination, which is set to occur on June 7, 2026, with registrations opening on February 21, 2026.
Important Dates for AIBE XXI 2026
The last date for registration for AIBE XXI is April 30, 2026. The payment facility for fees will close on May 1, 2026. Candidates will be able to make corrections to their application forms until May 3, and admit cards will be available for download starting May 22, 2026.
